This section contains our hours. Notice our regular call center hours are from 10:00-8:00 ET Monday through Friday. We also offer Saturday support (through voicemail and email) from 10:00-5:00 ET.
On Saturdays, please be aware that we do not have the call center fully staffed. If you inquire about help, please note that wait times may be slightly longer than usual.
Note: Frazer is closed on the following holidays:
•New Year's Day
•Memorial Day
•Independence Day
•Labor Day
•Thanksgiving Day
•Christmas Day (with special hours before or after the holiday depending on the day of the week)
If you should need to send us a form for programming we have provided our mailing address (USPS) as well as our physical address (UPS and FedEx) and our Fax number.
Chat assistance is available for quick questions that may not require a phone call. Please note that our techs are unable to connect through chat, so anything that may require a Help Desk connection will require a callback.
