Frazer has up to 3 different ways to group customers:
▪Customer Rating
Customer Rating:
One of the ways in which Frazer allows you to separate information is through customer ratings. You can update a customer's rating by navigating to "Customer Activity", opening a customer, and then B) Customer Processing > A) Customer Information and Costs and updating the rating in the bottom right-hand corner.
By default, all customers are set to rating "A".
You are able to run reports "By rating" by checking the box on Miscellaneous > 1 - System Options > 6 - Printing Options.
