Advanced Receipt Options
Click a tab below to get specific information on it.
Print "Beginning Balance" and "Previous Payments"
Checking this box will print the customer's Beginning Balance and then total up any Previous Payments underneath it. This is great information for customers, but may clutter up the receipt. Uncheck the box to remove those balances.
Print "Previous Balance"
Checking this box will print the previous balance the customer had prior to the payment.
Print "Remaining Balance"
Checking this box will print the customer's left over account balance after the payment was taken.
Print and include Repairs balance in total
Checking this box will add a total Repairs Balance line on the receipt.
It will also include that Repairs Balance in the total Remaining Balance Due on the receipt.
Print and include Fees balance in total
Checking this box will add a total Fees Balance line on the receipt.
It will also include that Fees Balance in the total Remaining Balance Due on the receipt.
Print and include Other Receivables balance in total
Checking this box will add the Other Receivables Balance line on the receipt.
It will also include that Balance in the total Remaining Balance Due on the receipt.
Include outstanding earned interest in "Remaining Balance Due" for Simple Interest
Checking this box will add an Interest Balance on the receipt. It will also include that balance in the Remaining Balance Due line at the bottom of the receipt.
Leaving it unchecked will omit any interest balances, and will remove them from the Remaining Balance Due total.
This feature is only available for Simple Interest customers, as they commonly hold an interest balance.
Precomputed Interest customers do not hold an interest balance.
